Do you offer gift wrap?
Your order will arrive in a truly heavenly ensemble - complete with a specially designed magnetic gift box, wax sealed closed with locally foraged botanicals - and therefore ready and perfect for gifting! If you would like your box not sealed closed, so you can take a peak first, make a note on your order and we will be happy to accommodate.
How long will my order take?
Phoebe Walsh carefully handcrafts every piece to order. There are many processes involved in making our jewellery and the manufacturing time varies between each piece. Please note the 'Processing Time' of each PW Jewellery products.

What are your shipping rates?

Currently, there have been no major changes to the way we dispatch or ship our orders, however, we have been notified that custom delays on International orders can be expected.
Do you accept returns?
Returns and exchanges of unworn jewellery are accepted 14 days from delivery.
We hope you are really happy with your special piece of PW jewellery. However, if you have any concerns, please contact us immediately. To ensure you receive your refund request please return jewellery in its original condition and packaging. We regrettably do not accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any made to order bespoke pieces.

We kindly request you attach a note with your name, email, order number and refund or exchange request. Please allow 10 working days for us to process your requests.
Can I get free postage on returns?
Unfortunately we will not reimburse postage or packaging fees for returns. Customers will assume responsibility for their shipping charges, and for the safe returning of items. We cannot refund returns that have been lost or damaged in transit, or be held responsible for items returned without prior notification. Please email ahead with details of your return to hello@phoebewalshjewellery.com the returns address.
Can you personalise my order?
Of course! We can offer engraving, upgrade stones or potentially make your order in alternate metals upon request. Just email ahead with your enquiry and we will send through quotes for any personalisations. Please note personalisations may affect production time slightly, depending on the request and will be priced accordingly.

Will you add a special note?
Yes, on ordering your product you can add in a special request on the order notes. Alternatively, email us in your special note with your order and we will be more than happy to accommodate.
Do you work with recycled metals?
We use recycled precious metals in each of our pieces. We also offer a recycling program to reward the use of recycling in old metal for in store credit. Head over to our Waste-not-Want-not program to find out more!

What are you finishes? And are they semi-permenant?
Some products are gold plated and others are oxidised. Both are semi-permanent finishes.
Gold Plated / Vermeil
The gold vermeil finish is made when high-quality gold is electroplated onto sterling silver. Gold plated is the same process on Brass or Bronze. PW Jewellery uses 18ct yellow gold, with a thickness of 3 microns. As this is a semi-permanent finish, it will begin to wear over time. We offer a re-plating service should you want to give your pieces a luscious restorative glow. Taking good care of your gold plated jewellery will ensure it preserves the longevity of the piece.

Oxidised Silver
Oxidisation is a chemical reaction created on silver to give it a blackened surface colour. This process happens naturally over time as the metal reacts to the personal alchemy of your skin. We use this finish in PW Jewellery to reveal texture and give highlight to some of our silver jewellery. This is a semi-permanent finish and can be topped up upon request.
Do you offer repairs?
We sure do! If you would like any repairs to be carried out on your precious jewels, we are more than happy to help. Whether your jewellery needs fixing, re-finishing or a clean, send us over an email enquiry. This service typically takes 3-5weeks depending on the work required and will be individually quoted.
